Bob O'Neil
- Golf Shop Manager

Bob was born in
Syracuse, New York and lived in New York and Connecticut growing
up. Bob entered the Air Force in 1975 and completed basic
training in Texas and Missile Maintenance Technical School in
Illinois. His initial assignment was to Cheyenne, Wyoming where
he served a four year tour as a Missile Maintenance Instructor.
In 1979 he went to Command Control Technical School in
Mississippi and upon graduating was assigned to Sacramento,
California. Subsequent assignments took him to Turkey; Spokane,
Washington; Omaha, Nebraska; Mildenhall, England; and Dayton,
Ohio. Bob retired in 1995 and returned to Omaha, Nebraska.
Wanting to have fun after
retirement, Bob went to work as the Golf Pro Shop Manager at a
semi-private course in Nebraska with over 350 members. He spent
the next 10+ years in this role. Despite having an accident, in
which he broke his back in two places, Bob remains an avid
golfer and enjoys playing as much as possible.
In July 2006, Bob and his
wife Gail moved to Aiken to get away from the snow and cold
weather in Nebraska and be able to golf year-round. Their
children and 3 granddaughters live in Nebraska and Alabama. Bob
joined the Reserve Club staff in August 2006.
